Terms of use
These terms cover the dexicon.org website. They do not create any service, because there is no Dexicon service: the protocol runs on its users’ own nodes.
What this site is
dexicon.org is an information site about an open protocol, published by the Dexicon contributors. It describes software anyone can run, links to its source and shows a read-only view of public orders. It does not hold funds, take orders, match trades, route payments or act for anyone.
Nobody profits from running it
Dexicon charges no fees and nobody takes a cut. The only fee anywhere is 0.5% on swaps against a liquidity pool, and all of it goes to the users who funded that pool. The contributors and the site’s publisher earn nothing from anyone’s trades.
No warranty
The website and all Dexicon software are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the contributors are not liable for any loss arising from using the website or the software, including loss of funds.
Your responsibility
You decide whether to use the software, and how. You must make sure doing so is lawful where you are. Do not use it if that is prohibited for you.
Third-party names
USDT and Tether, Ethereum, Uniswap and MEXC are trademarks of their respective owners. They are mentioned only to describe how Dexicon interoperates or compares. Dexicon is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Open source
The protocol specification and the clients are published under the MIT licence. That licence, not these terms, governs the software.
